Job Purpose:
'The role incumbent at IDFC FIRST Bank will handle the customer experience channels from inception to go-live model. This role acts as a technical leader, mentor and internal subject matter expert for the teams.

The role holder is expected to enable create a digital experience to provide best in class customer experience for each of the product solution handled. The role holder will play a critical role in managing and leading the engineering innovation and growth of our front end customer facing web and mobile platforms.

Role& Reponsibilities:
'• Work closely with the head of Digital Engineering to ensure lay out strategies on technical deployment and bring them into production with the developer teams.

• Mentoring the team on particular tehnologies and through practical technical challenges; and also to bring new joinees up to the pace in terms of the Golang development in context to the bank's technical environment
• The roles is a subject matter expert and mentor on Golang
• This role also leads all technical discussions with internal/external customers
• Work closely in a highly AGILE environment with a team of developers and engineering managers
• Build product / features that are highly scalable, secure, high-available, high performing and cost-effective.
• Perform code reviews.
• Understand the full feature set/ implementation and architecture of the applications.
• Provide technical expertise for every phase of the project lifecycle; from concept development to solution design, implementation, optimization and support.
• Act as an Interface with business teams to understand and create technology specifications for workable solutions within the project.
• Make performance related recommendations, and identify and eliminate performance bottlenecks (hardware, software, configuration); drive performance tuning, re-design and re-factoring.
• Lead and participate in the software development lifecycle, which includes research, new development, modification, security, reuse, re-engineering and maintenance of common component libraries.
• Participate in product definition and feature prioritization.
• Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders across business verticals.
